ARTICLE 1 - Company

ARTICLE 2 - Purpose
These general conditions are concluded between the Company Anna Ka Bazaar called the Seller and the Customer. These conditions apply only to individuals who are not a trader within the meaning of the Consumer Code and acting for their personal needs. The client claims to have full legal capacity to engage under these Conditions of Sale. Minors have no legal standing. ARTICLE 6 - Payment
6-1 Method of Payment

6-2 Terms of payment
The order is payable in full on the day of the confirmation of the order by the Customer. 7-5 Delays in delivery due to the carrier

ARTICLE 9 - Responsibility of the Manufacturer - Guarantees

Under the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 1648 Civil Code, the action resulting from latent defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect.
Article 10 - Compliance of the products or services
