Account and password

If you want to create an account on the site annakabazaar.com, simply go to the "My Account" from the home page and follow the instructions. If you have an account and you have forgotten your password simply go to the "My Account" and click on "forgot password" and we will send you an email with your password . If you want to change your details you can do so by logging into your account under your contact information. If you want to delete your account, simply apply by sending an email to the following address: service-clients@annakabazaar.com

Return and Exchange

If you are not satisfied with the products ordered on the site annakabazaar.com, you have the option of returning the goods ordered within 7 days from the date of receipt. You must first know your request to return to Anna Ka Bazaar at the following address: service-clients@annakabazaar.com that will tell you what to do. You must return the products at your expense in original packaging, according to the same delivery method as that used by the Seller at the following address: Anna Ka Bazaar, 215 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau - 92130 Issy-les- Moulineaux (France), together with the delivery and the reason for return. The method of compensation must be clearly indicated on the application at: exchange or refund.Anna ka Bazaar will notify the Customer by e-mail address of the sending and receiving treatment for his return within a maximum of 72 hours.

Defective product

If, despite the care taken to send the products, they proved to be defective or broken, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return the product for exchange or refund and no later than 48 hours after receipt of the package to prevent Anna Ka Bazaar E-mail: service-clients@annakabazaar.com Anna Ka Bazaar will refund the full cost incurred, shipping and forwarding included.

Damaged package

If your package arrives opened or damaged you must reject it and make a claim with the factor or the Post Office which it depends. If damaged or opened a packet is accepted, no claim will be held at the post office later.

Packaging

Anna Ka Bazaar is committed to engaging in sustainable development so the packaging used to ship products are recycled or recyclable materials entirely. Boxes of items are 75% recycled cardboard and recyclable. The adhesive is made from kraft paper and glue 100% natural and biodegradable. Inner packagings are recycled kraft paper for leather goods and recyclable tissue paper for clothing. The strings are made of linen (100% biodegradable natural fiber)or cotton. Labels bearing the image of Anna Ka Bazaar are also recyclable. No items will be sent in plastic packaging
